Weeds are flowers too, once you get to know them (Winnie the pooh)

I am last minute as always with this one, partly because I had almost finished one design and the realised it didn’t work for the rhyme! So a quick panic and then search for an image on Cricut design space, then I came up with a new design.

The rhyme for this 2 weeks in Dandelion Curls by Evaleen Stein:

Evaleen Stein was an American poet, born in 1863. The poem was part of a collection called Child Songs of Cheer published in 1918.

I chose a Cricut image by Digital Gems, cut on my Cricut Joy extra. The flowers are layered and the petals curled, with a little yellow crystal flower in the middle, then mounted on white card with dandelion backing paper. The greeting is drawn on my Cricut Joy extra using a font called dandelion.

It was nice to make such a cheerful card with the cold and wet weather outside.
